President & Founder
Ramesh founded SBC USA in 2021 to help North American operators source premium steel, rubber, and forged components from his trusted manufacturing partners in India. He previously founded and ran IMMCO Inc. for 26 years, scaling it into a 400+ engineer telecom and infrastructure firm. He holds a Ph.D. in International Business from the University of Alabama and an MBA, and is based in Atlanta with warehousing capacity for urgent shipments.

Operations & Strategy
Shweta leads operations and customer delivery systems for SBC USA, bringing a decade of experience building data and automation infrastructure at scale. She previously served as Senior Data Scientist and GTM Tech Lead at Zoom, where she built ML systems used across Finance, Trust & Safety, and Sales. She holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Applied ML/AI from Columbia Engineering.

Harry leads SBC's customer relationships and operations across Australia and the broader APAC region. Based in Melbourne, he brings two decades of extensive operational and program management experience across infrastructure, telecommunications, and utilities, including senior leadership roles at Aquatec, Service Stream, and Ventia. He holds an MBA in Marketing and Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication.
